Salary: £23,555 - £24,631 per annum
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week

As an IT Operations Technician at Middlesbrough College, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and enhancement of digital services for staff, students, and visitors. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities to provide effective technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
