We now have a vacancy for an IT Operations Technician. This is an ideal role for someone who is technically minded, customer focussed and enjoys supporting the latest technology. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good knowledge of Windows and MacOS. You'll also be competent with basic networking, and the repair of Desktop and Laptop devices. An awareness of IT Service Management methodologies would be advantageous.
