Responsibilities

• Monitor key infrastructure using bespoke tools and respond to alerts from the Network Operations Centre. Investigate, resolve, and escalate incidents affecting the production IT service, ensuring customer-facing products and critical internal systems run flawlessly.
• Perform daily checks to keep production systems in top shape, coordinating planned maintenance and managing potential scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Log and manage incidents and changes in our ticketing system, and provide clear feedback on the impact of system and procedural changes.
