Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Little Chalfont is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for a 3-month rolling contract. You will provide user support, manage IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Ideal candidates possess an Associate’s Degree in IT and over 4 years of experience in desktop support. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, alongside the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position is onsite in South East England.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of providing second line end user desktop support.
• Up-to-date professional IT certification.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and associated peripherals.
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing user and administrative support for IT systems and applications.
• Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.
• Assisting in the development of desktop support and local server systems strategy.
• Logging support activities in the Service Desk system.
