Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Oversee IT service desk operations, managing ticket queues and ensuring SLAs are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
Perform basic server administration tasks such as file sharing, security management, and user access control.
Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting and administration.
Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
