Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure or operations management.
• Strong networking and Windows Server/AD background.
• Solid Citrix knowledge, including CVAD and NetScaler.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise, and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage company-wide IT infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Lead and develop a small infrastructure/operations engineering team.
• Oversee networks: LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN/firewalls.
• Manage servers, virtualisation, and storage.
• Maintain security controls, patching, and hardening.
• Lead backup, disaster recovery, and continuity planning.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents.
