Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in infrastructure, server, or technical consultancy roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering server and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong project scoping, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator with a customer focused mindset.
• Commercial and business awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver server and infrastructure solutions aligned to defined technical baselines.
• Lead deployments of Microsoft Windows Server and core infrastructure platforms.
• Work closely with customers to understand business and operational requirements.
• Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure projects to time and quality standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and reassurance to customer IT teams.
