Responsibilities

• Ensuring the network environment is up to date and secure whilst ensuring critical availability.
• Supporting end users with network related issues where necessary.
• Providing support to projects and allocating resources for the development of new networking systems, methodologies and technologies.
• Working with Third party organisations for support with more complex or time consuming tasks per the needs of the organisation.
• Liaising closely with other teams within Digital Services to support operations within their remit.
• Supporting cyber security initiatives within the Trust IT infrastructure.
