Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, 1st and 2nd Line support.
• Strong knowledge of VOIP and networking including routers, switches, and IP addresses.
• Good communication skills both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical telephone support to customers using remote tools.
• Maintain high standard of customer service.
• Install, update and maintain relevant software and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
