Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and support Windows Server environments
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for system issues, troubleshooting, and escalations
  • Monitor system performance, implement updates, and carry out patch management
  • Support Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and project delivery
  • Ensure system security and compliance best practices are followed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) desirable
  • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
