Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in End-User Support (EUS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in managing and supporting end‑user computing environments including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and associated peripherals. This role requires a strong technical background in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues as well as a proactive approach to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑user computing devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software applications and drivers.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades and deployments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in Active Directory and other IT systems.
  • Conduct system audits and maintenance tasks ensuring system reliability and security.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to IT procedures, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide training and guidance to end‑users on IT systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles with a focus on end‑user support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and other enterprise IT systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
