Overview

An exciting opportunity for someone keen to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience in a fully equipped IT workshop. You will work alongside experienced engineers and be involved in many aspects of hardware, software, and customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Computer assembly and setup
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Upgrades, repairs and virus / malware removal
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Data recovery, transfer and backup solutions
  • Case management and customer support
What we\'re looking for
  • A strong interest in IT hardware and software, willing to learn from the ground up
  • A logical, methodical approach to diagnosing and solving problems
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical issues in ways non-technical users can understand
  • Reliable, organised, with attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, willing to take initiative and ask questions
  • Able to drive (essential)
Salary

£17,000 per annum

Working hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
