Job description
The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support to all users of the College’s IT systems, including Windows 10 desktops and laptops, Macs, VOIP telephony, managed printing services, and AV equipment. You will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining IT hardware, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to students and staff across a range of IT systems and devices.
  • Configure, install, and maintain College IT hardware including desktops, laptops, Macs, printers, and AV equipment.
  • Support the College’s VOIP telephony and managed printing services.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of IT infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users to resolve issues.
  • Deliver administrative support to the IT team, helping to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Work flexibly as part of a collaborative team to meet service demands.
