A technology services provider in Wolverhampton is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical services for users. The successful candidate will manage hardware break-fix, incident resolution, and stock management while demonstrating strong technical skills and effective communication. We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Deskside Support Engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues to support users based in Wolverhampton.
The successful candidate should be technically competent, possess good communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams.
You will be responsible for onsite technical services providing support services including; Deskside Software support, IMACD, Onsite printer support, Hands and Eyes support and T&M services.
