What You’ll Be Doing

As an IT Degree Apprentice, you’ll work within our IT teams to support vital projects, systems, and security needs that keep our production facilities running at their best. Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Support: Provide support to our production and operations teams, resolving IT‑related issues to minimise downtime.
• IT Security: Learn best practices in cybersecurity, helping to protect our data, systems, and processes from digital threats.
• Project Support: Contribute to IT projects focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and security across our manufacturing sites.
• Systems Installation and Upgrades: Assist in installing and updating software and hardware systems, keeping our technology current and effective.
• Process Optimisation: Help identify and implement IT solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity across various departments.
