An FMCG leader is seeking to secure an IT Business Partner - Data & Analytics - to partner with business teams to drive digital enablement through better use of Systems, Data & Analytics, AI (Copilot) tools. Will consider an experienced IT Business Analyst looking to transition to an IT Business Partner role.

Role

IT Business Partner - bridge the gap between IT / Technology & Business Functions - focus on core functions: Sales, Marketing & Finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Enablement: Data & Analytics, AI (Copilot) tools – drive adoption & enhancement.
• Power BI: drive & support adoption across Sales, Marketing & Finance.
• AI: align to Global AI Roadmap – Copilot AI platform – drive adoption.
• Partner with Global IT Team to support local rollout of Data & Analytics, AI (Copilot) Enterprise Projects.
• Automation – identify & deliver Automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs & requirements into Data & Analytics, AI initiatives.
• Business case development / definition & KPI definition.
• Track Value KPIs – application adoption, uptake, benefits, efficiency etc.
• Support rationalisation & simplification of the local Portfolio for Data & Analytics, AI.
• Enable User Adoption – utilise training, communications, change management activities for Data & Analytics, AI.
• AI Training – support with AI – Copilot – end user training.
• Manage third party vendors – cost, budget, time, delivery etc.
• Understand evolving priorities – action plans to support changing priorities.
• Stakeholder management & engagement – technical & non-technical engagement.
• Partner with local & global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3–4 years experience as an IT Business Partner or transition from an experienced IT Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on Power BI experience – ability to create minimal dashboards for functional level needs.
• Experience with AI – Copilot or similar – aligned to an AI roadmap.
• Experience supporting AI rollout initiatives (e.g., chat bots, Copilot).< /li>
• Understanding of AI functionality – supported with end‑user training & adoption.
• Support rollout of Data & Analytics & AI Enterprise Projects.
• Translate business needs into scalable & sustainable IT solutions.
• Support & be part of a local IT portfolio – Data & Analytics, AI.
• Business case development & value KPI definition for new initiatives & tools.
• Track & report value KPIs of applications/systems to teams & business.
• Support & enable user adoption of new applications.
• Effectively manage third‑party vendors – cost, budget, time, delivery, etc.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence, Global IT teams & external resources.
• FMCG/CPG or manufacturing sector experience desirable.
