Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Engagement / IT Business Relationship Manager to join a leading law firm on a permeant basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between IT and internal departments, building strong, trusted relationships
• Identify technology needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities across legal and support teams
• Translate business requirements into deliverable IT initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and prioritise the IT delivery roadmap
• Represent business teams within IT for service issues, enhancements and escalations
• Work closely with Change, Training and IT Delivery teams to support technology rollout and adoption
• Ensure clear, consistent communication between TKC and business teams
• Support procurement and vendor management alongside IT leadership
