The company is seeking a motivated, passionate and eager-to-learn IT Apprentice to join its supportive and collaborative IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is ready to take the first step in their IT career. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to mentoring and supporting them, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of IT functions.

During the apprenticeship, the IT Apprentice will receive structured training that combines practical, on‑the‑job learning with opportunities to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. The role will involve supporting daily IT operations, assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to projects that help drive the business forward. The Vending People values curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and is committed to helping its apprentices build confidence, capability and a foundation for future success.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job :

• Help staff with everyday IT problems such as logging in, email issues and software faults.
• Reset passwords and help users set up security codes for logging in.
• Record, update and manage IT support requests using the helpdesk system.
• Make sure support requests are dealt with on time and keep users informed of progress.
• Pass more complexaviliriot problems to senior IT staff when needed.
• Follow step‑by‑step guides and company instructions to complete tasks correctly.
• Support the companys email security system by helping spot real and false security alerts.
• Install and update software on company devices, both in person and remotely.
• Learn how the companys network works and help with basic connection problems.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours?&?Benefits :

• 19,500 per annum.
• 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours).
• 25 days with an extra day for your birthday.
• Health cash plan from successful probation completed of 6 months.
• Pension scheme with Aviva after 3 months 3% employer, 5% employee.
