Qualifications

• Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work.
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
• Proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver employment support to participants alongside NHS health treatments.
• Work with a maximum caseload of 25 participants with health conditions.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for job starts and sustainment.
