Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in financial services.
• Basic understanding of retail investment products is essential.
• Knowledge of VCTs, EIS, and BR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responding to investor and adviser queries via email and telephone.
• Managing administrative processes like transfers, exits, and investor portal tasks.
• Preparing and distributing reports, valuations, and dividend announcements.
• Supporting the retail sales team and attending client meetings for fund updates.
• Organising investor events and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
