An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven individual to enter an Investor Relations Administrator position. This role is ideal for a candidate wishing to take the second step in their career and join a leading private equity firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with large- and small-scale conference management (Outreach, scheduling, and liaison).
2. Complete ownership of investor relations mailings, including outreach campaigns.
3. Working closely with the Investor Relations Manager and wider London team to assist with investor outreach.
4. Liaison with internal PAs, preparation of board packs and materials, and assistance with occasional AIM and LPAC workstreams.

Candidate Profile:

1. Fluency in German or French essential.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. 1-2 years experience in financial services / placement agency.
4. Strong academic record.
