A leading impact investment organization is seeking an experienced Investment Director to manage portfolio performance and support teams across various sectors. We are seeking an exceptional Investment Director to join our investment team and take a leadership role in how we manage portfolio performance, allocate our capital for impact, and support our teams across venture, property and lending.
This is a broad, high-impact role combining strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery. You will collaborate across the organisation and work with senior governance bodies, such as our Investment Committee. You will help to define how our capital can grow the market and deliver strong financial and social outcomes across the UK.

Location: We are a UK-based business with an office in the Old Street area of London, accessible via a number of public transport links. Colleagues typically spend 40% - 60% of their working hours in the office, and the remainder from home. However, the exact requirements for this role can be discussed at interview.
