Job Description
The Global Healthcare Group is actively looking for an Investment Banking Associate that will support the team in our London office. The Associate will work across multiple sub-sectors, notably Healthcare IT, Healthcare Services, Pharma Services, Life Sciences & Diagnostics and MedTech, amongst others.
Execute in-depth analyses to support new business development, transaction execution and the delivery of investment banking products and services to clients and prospects. Perform extensive research and financial modelling, apply valuation methods, and complete due diligence activities. Work closely with client staff to advance projects, gathering necessary information, conveying complex financial modelling outcomes and presenting analysis results. Provide training and mentorship to less experienced staff.
