The candidate will support investment opportunities in tech, conduct analysis, and prepare recommendations for internal committees. The position requires a strong academic background, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Teachers Venture Growth (TVG) is OTPP’s investment department focused on late‑stage venture and growth equity in the tech ecosystem. Since 2019 TVG has grown its global portfolio to C$10 B, investing in leading AI, cyber, fintech and software companies such as Quantexa, DeepL, Alan, ComplyAdvantage, Lendable and Taxfix. TVG’s strategy combines direct and fund investments, and it operates with a global team of more than 30 professionals. TVG typically leads financing rounds and takes an active role in supporting portfolio companies through board seats and value‑added services.
TVG is looking for an Associate to join the EMEA team based in London. As a key member of the team you will contribute to the development and implementation of TVG’s ambitious European direct investment strategy while gaining exposure to global deal flow.
