Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for acquisitions and existing assets>
• Supporting investment underwriting, sensitivity analysis and returns modelling
• Assisting with due diligence, advisor coordination and transaction execution
• Contributing to asset management analysis and portfolio reporting
• Preparing investment papers, business plans and supporting materials

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree from a leading university – real estate, economics, business
• 1–2 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment management, advisory or a related field
• Strong Excel-based financial modelling and analytical capability
• High attention to detail, well organised and commercially minded
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
