A health and care regulatory body in London is seeking a Fitness to Practise Investigator to join their team. This new role involves case holding and management of a small team. Candidates must have a current practising certificate and experience in regulation or fitness to practise. The role offers ongoing training and a salary between £55,000-£65,000, requiring 1-2 days a week in the office.
An opportunity for a Lawyer to join a health and care regulatory body as a Fitness to Practise Investigator. This is a brand-new role, to join their frontloaded investigation case holding team. The role will be a blend of case holding and supervisory work, managing a small team of two Paralegals and a Legal Assistant.
Interested candidates must hold a current practising certificate as a Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer and have several years’ experience, ideally within regulation and/or fitness to practise (professional and/or healthcare). If you are interested in managing a small team (and receiving ongoing training and professional development), overseeing new cases from triage through to competition and contributing to policies and guidance in relation to case investigation, this could be the role for you. Salary is between £55,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience) and requires 1-2 days a week in the office (London).
