Inventory Solutions Merchandiser/ Driver

We're looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Solutions Merchandiser/ Driver. This role is customer facing and will include duties such as Deliveries, Scanning, Stock replenishment, Checking Shelf Edge Labels and general housekeeping at customer sites.

Responsibilities
  • As a Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly visit key customers to implement and maintain our Inventory Services.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the smooth operation of inventory control systems in line with contractual agreements. Maintain inventory at agreed levels.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently enter and send orders using barcode scanners and manage SAP transactions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with key customer contacts to enhance business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on inventory and equipment.
  • Logistics: Deliver products to key locations and handle stock replenishment, while ensuring clean and well-organised shelving systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage stock of labels, boxes, and bins, and cooperate with cross-functional teams to fulfil customer needs.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment or as a customer-facing delivery driver.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and Vendor Managed Inventory systems.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a positive, hands-on attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
  • License: A clean UK driving license is essential.
