Qualifications

  • Previous people management experience within a supply chain environment.
  • Experience in Inventory or Quality Control role is desirable.
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise and report upon the work activities of the Stock Control Team.
  • Ensure daily activities of the Stock team are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support customer with stock queries and investigate stock discrepancies.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, rotation 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

Location: Doncaster - DN8 4HT

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • To plan, supervise and report upon the work activities of the Stock Control Team
  • Ensuring the daily activities of the Stock team are completed in a timely manner
  • Supporting the customer with any stock queries and investigating stock discrepancies - leading the weekly customer update call
  • Communicating and monitoring KPI's within the team
  • Conducting probation reviews, performance reviews, absence management and investigations
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Experience in Inventory or Quality Control role is desirable
  • Previous people management experience within a supply chain environment
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Red Prairie experience would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
