Inventory Coordinator – Hawkstone

Salary: Competitive Salary and Package
Location: College Farm, Stow Rd, Cheltenham GL54 2HN (On Site Position)

IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to be working exclusively with Hawkstone to support their search for a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Coordinator.

Founded in 2021 by Jeremy Clarkson and the Cotswold Brew Co, Hawkstone has rapidly grown into a leading name in the premium Beer and Cider industry. The company partners with British farmers to source top-quality ingredients, producing some of the most exciting products on the market.

With ambitious plans for 2026, Hawkstone is strengthening its supply chain and order management operations and is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to ensure seamless stock and order flow across its product lines — from beer and cider to packaging, grocery channels, and merchandise.

This role will play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain accurate stock levels, track deliveries, process customer orders, and support commercial reporting across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Managing and processing customer orders across key grocery and retail partners including Waitrose, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco, and AF Blakemore.
  • Processing orders for Craft Drinks, Amazon, Direct Wines, and merchandise lines.
  • Ensuring purchase orders are received, booked in, and fulfilled accurately and on time.

Credit & Debit Management

  • Reviewing, approving, and reconciling credit and debit notes.
  • Investigating order discrepancies, delivery variances, and supplier chargebacks, ensuring timely resolution.

Amazon Operations

  • Managing new purchase orders, reviewing and disputing shortages, and handling chargebacks and operational charges.
  • Raising credits for accepted disputes and maintaining detailed dispute tracking and reporting.

Stock & Delivery Management

  • DEA and booking in sheets for deliveries (STWC).
  • Booking in new deliveries and receipting POs from suppliers.
  • Creating new stock items and products in the system, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.

Administrative & System Support

  • Maintaining up-to-date inventory and order records across internal systems.
  • Supporting the Supply Chain Manager with inventory data, reconciliation reports, and cycle counts.
  • Providing cover for Farmers Dog and Taproom merchandise orders during colleague absences.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in an inventory, stock control, or supply chain role, ideally within FMCG, brewing, or beverage industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in stock and order management.
  • Confident using inventory systems, order processing tools, and data reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and suppliers.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What’s in it for you?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most high-profile and exciting brands in the brewing industry. With big plans ahead, this role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping Hawkstone’s order and inventory operations and be part of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
