A respected property management company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to cover the Essex area, either on an employed or self-employed basis. The role involves preparing initial inventory reports, conducting mid-term inspections, and managing deposit returns while attending approximately 700 annual appointments. An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients, a respected independent Property management company / Estate agency, as an Inventory Covering the Essex area either on an employed of Self employed remote working basis.
The role of Inventory Clerk. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience within Residential Lettings or Property management covering inspections and check outs, as they will be responsible for attending roughly 700 appointments per year.
