Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK container transport operations across road and rail.
• Proven experience in transport planning or export sea logistics.
• Solid understanding of UK geography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deliveries with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Oversee road and rail provider volumes to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Manage restitution agreements to prevent unrecoverable costs.
• Monitor automated booking systems and rate jobs in alignment with tariffs.
• Address non-conformance issues and maintain quality standards.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide evidence and resolve queries related to rates and charges.
• Drive continuous improvement in intermodal operations.
