Overview

Interim Turnaround Manager (CQC Improvement) – Location: West Midlands, UK. Contract Duration: 3-6 Months. Day Rate: Competitive. Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.

Role Summary

The Interim Turnaround Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, implementing robust action plans, and mentoring the existing team.
