Project Accountant

  • Service Charge & Income/Rent Specialist – One of our long‑standing clients is seeking immediate interim support to help manage and review the rising costs across their property portfolio ahead of an uplift taking effect from 1st April.

This newly created project finance role will play a key part in shaping how cost and income data is captured, stored, amended and accessed across the entire business.

You’ll be working closely with the FD to create a clear, scalable process that supports a significant price increase planned for the next 4–6 months.
