Job Description

Immediate start

  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor staff training and development programmes.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits as required.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in HR within the education or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
  • Gone through ISI inspection.
  • Enhanced DBS in place.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
