Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Reporting, Group Reporting or Technical Accounting is essential.
• Proven banking exposure including covenant reporting and lender interaction.
• Must have experience working in a PE‑backed or investor‑led business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, lenders, and investors.
• Own banking and covenant reporting, including lender and investor requests.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
