A leading children's care recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Herefordshire. The role is essential for maintaining compliance with regulations while providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people. Candidates must have previous experience as a Registered Manager, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, and be on the DBS update service. The contract is for 6 months, starting January 2026, and requires onsite work 5 days per week.

Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience) - OUTSIDE IR35

Panoramic Associates are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home during a transitional period. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the home operates in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements, while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.
Note: this is an urgent requirement and interviews will be held before Christmas with a view to start in January 2026. You will be required to be onsite 5 days per week and have your own accommodation.
