Interim IT Operations Director - London Insurance Market - 800pd

The European arm of a large American corporate insurance company is looking for an Interim IT Operations Director to fill a key role in a London based technical services team. The candidate will also be responsible for all client/user facing activities and will ensure the highest level of delivery of support and services to all users. The role will include the line management of resources within the Service Desk and Application support teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of corporate IT strategy to a number of affiliated companies in the region
• Delivery of day-to-day IT operational management activities for supported companies and users
• Ownership of both internal and external Audit activities
• Line Management of ~20 staff responsible for the IT delivery to the region
• Infrastructure Management
• Capacity Management

London Market insurance experience is essential.
