A leading Educational organisation in East Midlands is seeking an Interim HR Operations Manager for an initial 3-month period. The role includes strategic oversight of HR processes, compliance, and systems, as well as leading a team and managing complex employee relations cases. Ideal candidates will have a strong HR operations background and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Competitive pay of around £224 per day is offered, with the position potentially extended.

Overview

Interim HR Operations Manager, 3 months - Derby - Education Sector - c£224 per day (Umbrella)

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR Operations Manager to join a leading Educational organisation for an initial 3 month period. This may be extended.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Operations function, including strategic oversight of HR operational processes, compliance, and systems.

You will also provide expert advice on complex or high-risk employee relations cases and lead a team of HR Assistants and an HR Business Partner.

You should be an experienced HR Operations Manager with a track record of working in the education or public sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations cases needs to be combined with a strong HR operations skill set. You also need to be CIPD level 5 qualified.
