SEND Teacher / Interim HLTA (Food & Nutrition) – Temporary cover - staff absence following an operation

We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEND Teacher / Interim HLTA to join our team on a temporary assignment. This role involves teaching Food and Nutrition alongside a range of Key Stage 3 subjects to students with Education Health and Care Plans, whose primary needs are social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

You will:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support both academic and personal development.
  • Foster confidence, self-esteem, and positive well-being in students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and multi-agency professionals.
  • Play an active role in the wider school community.
