Employee Relations Manager – 9 month FTC

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead on complex and high-risk employee relations matters across the organisation, supporting employees primarily located in the UK and Ireland.
  • Act as internal subject matter expert for employee relations; coordinate with external counsel as required.
  • Provide high-touch HR service and guidance within the business to address ER issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK and Irish employment laws and policy requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experienced Employee Relations specialist with significant experience within Financial Services.
  • Experience working with UK and Irish employment law.
