• Proven experience as a Finance Manager within an SME environment.
• Experience improving finance processes and governance.
• Available at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations.
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear commentary and insight.
• Cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Improve financial visibility, profitability and cost control.
• Strengthen financial governance and reporting.
• Support margin analysis and business level performance.
• Liaise with external accountants and advisors.
• Line manage Finance Assistant.
• Support acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
