Interim Director of Fundraising – Midlands Hospice

We’re supporting a well-respected regional hospice in the Midlands in their search for an Interim Director of Fundraising.

This is a pivotal role, providing immediate leadership and stability during a period of transition. You’ll take the reins of a talented fundraising team, ensuring income generation across individual giving, community, corporate partnerships, trusts, events, and legacies remains on track.

Key priorities will include:

1. Driving income and securing short-term funding opportunities
2. Leading and motivating the fundraising team through transition
3. Maintaining strong donor and partner relationships
4. Ensuring compliance and reporting to the CEO and Board
