Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to support our client on an interim basis, leading the design and execution of strategic compensation and benefits initiatives. As a key member of an international HR team, this role will have a seat at the leadership table and play a pivotal role in shaping total rewards strategy. The position is instrumental in aligning compensation and benefits with organizational objectives and employee expectations, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and internal equity across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on compensation structures, benefits offerings, and related compliance matters.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize and streamline systems and processes related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of rewards strategies with broader organizational objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and internal data to inform decision-making and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions related to employment terms and collective labour agreements.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR colleagues and managers on compensation and benefits topics.
  • Contribute to the optimization and maintenance of HR systems related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multi-location or international context.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR systems and data.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant labour laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
