We are supporting a confidential client with the urgent appointment of an Interim Change Manager to join their People function on an initial three-month contract, with scope to extend or evolve as the business continues through a period of significant change.

It is a hands‑on delivery role, suited to someone comfortable operating at pace, providing clear guidance and confidently executing complex change programmes.

Key focus areas
  • Leading and delivering the People workstream across multiple change initiatives
  • Planning and executing restructures and organisational redesigns
  • Managing end‑to‑end redundancy processes, including consultation, selection, communications and documentation
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment and legal compliance
About you
  • Strong background in HR business partnering, employment law or change management
  • Proven experience managing complex change programmes end‑to‑end
  • Calm, credible and confident operating under pressure
  • Able to hit the ground running and “get the job done”

The role is initially a 3‑month contract, with potential to evolve into a permanent change / ER leadership position.
