Interim CEO - 12 month FTC

Based in London with hybrid working arrangements

Salary: c.£90,000

We are supporting a long-established, internationally focused organisation at a pivotal moment in its development. The Board is seeking an exceptional Interim CEO to provide stabilising leadership and guide the organisation through a period of significant strategic and operational transformation.

The successful candidate will bring experience of leading organisations through complexity, renewal or change. They will offer clarity, and the ability to inspire confidence across staff, partners and stakeholders.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven CEO or senior executive experience in mission-driven contexts.
  • Strong track record of organisational transformation, turnaround or strategic repositioning.
  • Exceptional stakeholder, funder and partner engagement skills.
  • Inclusive, values-led leadership with high personal integrity.
  • Interim transformation experience highly desirable.
