THE COMPANY
My client is FMCG B Corp company in south west London with brands in major grocers, wholesale and foodservice. This could also be a 4 days a week role.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for astrategic and creative Interim Brand Managerwho knows how to bring a brand story to life—someone who can connect the dots between insight, activation, and impact in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
This is a role for a brand thinkerwith strong activation experience, someone who can confidently shape and deliver campaigns. You'll be
  • Developing and executing brand activations that tell a compelling story—whether through digital channels, retail experiences, or in-store campaigns.
  • Devising strategy into memorable consumer touchpoints that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies to build cohesive and effective brand moments.
  • Protecting and evolving the brand's identity—making sure everything from tone of voice to visual assets is consistent and impactful
  • Liaising with retailers to bring them on the brand journey
YOU
  • You will have solid FMCG experience, food experience is essential
  • Can demonstrate hands-on experience activating campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Is a strong communicator, with a natural flair for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Enjoys finding creative solutions under pressure.
  • Is comfortable managing agencies, timelines, budgets—and keeping everything on brand and on track.
  • Be available at short notice

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
