Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Anticipate organisational requirements and work proactively to develop effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, IT advancements, and automation tools to modernize internal systems.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate insights into actionable documentation.
  • Gather critical information through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and senior management to ensure process improvements align with business goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members through coaching, training, and performance guidance.
