Integration Project Manager

Job title – Integration Project Manager (12 month assignment)

Location – Must be based in the UK or Ireland. Fully sponsor dedicated.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Developing and executing project plans, focusing on achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Lead delegated aspects of integrations under the oversight of the COPH. Assigned responsibilities include:
  • Set up GCO Integration team meetings, tracking, meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to the GCO integration plan.
  • Contribute to operational deep dives & remediation plans on in‑licensed/acquired studies.
  • Manage interactions across relevant GCO sub‑line functions.
  • Reporting of integration progress / tracking.
  • Development of tools, guidelines and training materials (e.g., in M&A for associates joining from the partner company).
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and lessons‑learned.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent degree is required, with advanced degree preferred. At least one of the degrees in life science/healthcare is preferred. If no science degree/equivalent degree, must have at least 3 years of clinical research experience.
  • English fluency (written, oral) required.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in clinical development with a minimum of 2 years in clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge path forward within ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and tracking skills. Strong operational skills and demonstrated ability to meet timelines.
  • Proven ability to work either independently and in a team setting, and to meet goals by managing compliance, budget and timelines.
  • Proven networking skills and ability to share knowledge and experience among colleagues.
  • Profound knowledge of ICH/GCP; comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial design; understanding of the overall drug development process.
