Were looking for an Insurance Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing insurance policies and claims for our real estate portfolio while working closely with teams across the business to ensure compliance mitigate risk and support our investment strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing insurance policies and claims from notification through to settlement
  • Notifying brokers and insurers of new property additions to real estate policies
  • Submitting and tracking insurance claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Supporting the procurement and renewal of insurance policies aligned to business needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of premiums and claims in internal systems
  • Analysing insurance data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Collaborating with teams across Development Operations and Sales
  • Using technology to streamline reporting and improve insurance processes
Qualifications:
  • Holding a degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
  • Demonstrating knowledge of real estate insurance or regulated housing environments
  • Confident using IT systems especially Microsoft Excel
  • Applying strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify insights
  • Showing attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Managing projects and risks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicating clearly and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
