Compensation
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead technical support for audiovisual systems in training, meeting, and collaboration spaces
  • Install, configure, and maintain AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, control panels, etc.)
  • Support live and hybrid events using Zoom, Webex, Teams, and other platforms
  • Partner with IT and facilities teams to design and implement AV technology upgrades
  • Troubleshoot complex AV and networked systems to ensure system uptime
  • Monitor and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Mentor and guide junior staff while maintaining organized and functional AV spaces
What You’ll Need to be Considered
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or related technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Expertise with Crestron, AV-over-IP (e.g., DM NVX), and enterprise AV systems
  • Strong knowledge of signal flow, control systems, and TCP/IP networking for AV integration
  • Ability to interpret AV system drawings and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with lecture capture systems, digital whiteboards, and remote monitoring tools
  • CTS or related AV certifications are a plus
