Compensation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead technical support for audiovisual systems in training, meeting, and collaboration spaces
- Install, configure, and maintain AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, control panels, etc.)
- Support live and hybrid events using Zoom, Webex, Teams, and other platforms
- Partner with IT and facilities teams to design and implement AV technology upgrades
- Troubleshoot complex AV and networked systems to ensure system uptime
- Monitor and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Mentor and guide junior staff while maintaining organized and functional AV spaces
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Associate degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or related technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Expertise with Crestron, AV-over-IP (e.g., DM NVX), and enterprise AV systems
- Strong knowledge of signal flow, control systems, and TCP/IP networking for AV integration
- Ability to interpret AV system drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with lecture capture systems, digital whiteboards, and remote monitoring tools
- CTS or related AV certifications are a plus
